My process of work in tv show is to first study the given story board and blocking the key poses. Then I send to my lead to correct my animation according to his overall vision.
Then I animate in accordance with the 12 principles of animation, according to the style of the show.

I like working in a team, this make us better, we can share all of our ideas, mix them and make something great.
